Synopsis: Gordon, a landlord in New Westminster, BC, rents out the middle floor of his building to Rose Hawthorne, not realizing that she is not of this realm and practices netherworldly rituals.

When Rose becomes fixated on the presence of silverfish in the building, Gordon agrees to spray her floor, but the bottom tenants refuse. During the fumigation, all tenants are forced to evacuate. Rose soon after is satisfied with the notion that her floor is now silverfish-free.

However, when Rose discovers that only her floor was sprayed, she unleashes her wrath on Gordon, cursing the building and causing chaos. With the help of his accountant and best friend Paddy, Gordon must find a way to send Rose back to hell and restore order to his building.

Logline: A landlord rents out the middle floor of his home to a nefarious tenant that curses the building.
